We work through a simple step-by-step plan;

Step 1:

You can view our real estate portfolio online. If there is nothing for you at the moment, you can register for free via the site. You will automatically receive an email as soon as new objects are available. (If desired, you can contact us so that we can see if there are objects available that are not yet shown on HouseSupply.nl)

Step 2:

If there is an object you would like to view, please contact us so that we can schedule an appointment. You can then also go through the rental conditions and view the state of delivery of the living space.

Step 3:

In order to be eligible for the desired accommodation, we ask you to submit the following documents:

* Valid ID

* Copy of employment contract or annual statement

* 3 recent salariesstrookjes

* Landlord statement (You can request this from your current or previous landlord).

Step 4:

As soon as you have made a choice, HouseSupply will present you to the landlord of the object. A rental agreement will then be drawn up that you can sign after approval.

Step 5:

After signing the contract, the keys will be handed over and you can move into the house.
